Led the structuring and direction of a curated retail brand’s digital ecosystem, integrating e-commerce, content strategy, and residential activation into a cohesive commercial system.

E-commerce / Content Direction / Web Management / Digital Operations

Problem :

Design Living by org operated as a curated furniture retail brand offering exclusive collections and personal shopper services led by an interior design specialist.

However, the brand lacked a structured digital commerce system capable of translating showroom experiences and residential staging into cohesive online visibility and measurable engagement.

A scalable digital framework was needed to align product curation with narrative clarity and conversion pathways.

Solution :

I structured and directed the brand’s digital commerce and content execution in close collaboration with the interior design specialist and ORG leadership.

My role included defining messaging strategy and writing all website, product, and campaign copy to ensure narrative consistency across collections and digital touchpoints.

This included:

• Designing and structuring the complete e-commerce website
• Writing all product descriptions, web copy, and campaign messaging
• Directing content production and supervising execution
• Producing visual assets when required to maintain output continuity
• Managing product uploads and seasonal collection launches
• Developing exclusive “hidden” collections for residential partnerships (Casa del Bosque & Artea)
• Implementing QR-based activation systems connecting physical model homes to direct online product pages
• Maintaining SEO, content updates, and site optimization

The QR integration created a seamless bridge between physical residential experiences and digital commerce.

Challenge :

Managing digital operations and content direction for a retail brand operating in parallel with a multidisciplinary architecture, construction, and interior design firm — while maintaining distinct positioning and operational continuity.


Summary :

The initiative positioned Design Living by ORG as a structured digital commerce extension, aligning curated product experiences with scalable web infrastructure, cohesive messaging, and conversion-focused activation systems.
